About MB and the information we collect
MB operates a professional networking/immigration assist website, offering users a set of tools to connect to a global community network of immigration seekers. MB is a paid service to all members that meet our age criteria, please read our Terms & Conditions for more information.
When you enter MB, we collect your browser type and IP address. This information is gathered for all MB users. In addition, we store certain information from your browser using "cookies." A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. We use session ID cookies to confirm that users are logged in. These cookies terminate once the user closes the browser. By default, we use a persistent cookie that stores your login ID (but not your password) to make it easier for you to login when you come back to MB. You can remove or block this cookie using the settings in your browser if you want to disable this convenience feature.
In our online registration form, we ask you to provide us with certain information such as your name, your email address, your gender, and your date of birth, your location details and some optional details about yourself. These details are available to you anytime, and are capable of being corrected, altered or updated through your "Profile Update" page.
At your own discretion, you may choose to post additional facts about yourself. These facts may include sensitive personal data such as your ethnic origin, level of education, professional qualifications. You may choose to volunteer sensitive personal data to us when you create your profile. Photographs and content on your user page may reveal sensitive personal data about you and we strictly forbid any mentions of your personal information such as your contact telephone number, or your home address on any of our sections that are directly displayed on our main page search results. The exceptions may be your resume; you may chose to have all information relevant for prospective legal experts to view and use only for the purpose of being retained by you. Appropriate checks are placed on your user page to manage what you can safely display.
We internally use personal information of our users to statistically analyze site usage, to comply with applicable law, to improve our content and product offerings as well as to customize our site's content and layout. We may also use personal information about you to deliver information to you that, in some cases are targeted to your interests, such as targeted banners and promotions. We believe these uses allow us to improve our website experience and to tailor your online experience to better meet your needs. We use personal information to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our" Products and Services Available On The Site" link.

Your use of other users' information
You may not use other users' information for commercial purposes, to spam, to harass, or to make unlawful threats. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of those who misuse other users' information or who otherwise violates the Terms & Conditions of this website.
You may choose to leave your account dormant for an unlimited period of time.
Control of your password
You may not disclose your password to any third parties or share it with any third parties. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personal information. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password. This can be done via your personal if you click on your "My Account" link.
Reviewing and changing your personal information
Once you register, you will be able to review and change much of your personal information including:

Deleting your Profile
The Administrator of the MB network has the following right to delete your profile from the MB database if the user is reported and found to be using unacceptable language, is a menace to other users, uses or displays material online that is offensive to social and religious sensitivities to a region.
Invite a Friend
If a user decides to use our Invitation option to invite a friend to our website, users have an option to add their friend's email addresses. MB will automatically send their friend an email inviting them to join MB's website. MB stores this email address for the purpose of automatically associating the friend with the user sending the invitation. MB does not sell these email addresses or use them to send any other communication besides invitations. The friend may contact MB to request the removal of this information from our database.
By providing us with information about a friend, you confirm their informed consent to do so.
Uploading your Contacts
If a user decides to upload their contacts, email invitations will be sent on the user behalf to everyone on their address book, MB will not store your passwords. MB will only stores the name and email address of the contacts for the purpose of automatically associating the friend with the user sending the invitation. MB does not sell these email addresses or use them to send any other communication besides invitations and future notifications.
What information do we collect?
- We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as email, or participate in another site feature.
- When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

What This Security Notice Covers
This security notice pertains to the security measures in place at Migration Brokers Corp for protection of personal and protected health information in connection with the use of the Migration Brokers Corp web site, and the Migration Brokers Corp Billing (PM), Migration Brokers Corp Clinical (EHR), Migration Brokers Corp Analytics and Migration Brokers Corp Engage web-based services (collectively, Service).
Unique identification of users
To comply with the HIPAA requirements and to provide a secure service, Migration Brokers Corp requires all users to have a unique username. Migration Brokers Corp currently requires a valid email address to be the username for the Migration Brokers Corp Service.
In addition to a username, every user account must be protected with a password of sufficient complexity. Migration Brokers Corp allows its customers to set their own password complexity policy. If your user account has access to multiple Migration Brokers Corp customers, you will be required to use the more restrictive policy.
All Migration Brokers Corp Service sign-ins are protected by account lock-out systems. If a user incorrectly authenticates a number of times or the user’s account is locked by a system administrator, their user account will be locked until a system administrator of the user ‘s account unlocks it. Migration Brokers Corp’s support team is prohibited from unlocking user accounts unless the account is the system administrator account.

In addition to these controls Migration Brokers Corp deploys up to date advanced threat protection services which help to identify, block, and track hacking attempts, scans, data breaches, adware, malware, spyware, Trojans, phishing attempts and other equally malicious requests.
Every user in the Migration Brokers Corp Service belongs to one or more roles. A role is defined by each customer and is assigned a set of permissions. Migration Brokers Corp roles follow an allow-then-deny pattern of applying for permissions — such that multiple role permissions are combined and then filtered against any role's restrictions.
In accordance with HIPAA policies, Migration Brokers Corp’s Service will automatically lock-up if left unattended for a period of time. Correct credentials of the user will need to be provided prior to using the application again.
Migration Brokers Corp password policy
Migration Brokers Corp system passwords are meant to help protect sensitive patient medical and financial records, as well as practice financial information. They serve as a deterrent to malicious agents as well as protection against casual or accidental lowering of security through carelessness.
The passwords are encouraged to be at least (6) six characters long and have to maintain a level of complexity such that they will not be easily guessed or cracked by a determined attacker. The passwords will expire on a regular basis, no less than 30 days and no greater than 180 days. Upon expiration, the new password cannot be any password used within the preceding year.
A user may change their password at any point in the application or the Migration Brokers Corp web site. Passwords changed by third-parties will immediately expire to allow users to log in but also to ensure that they immediately change their passwords to something that only they know.
Migration Brokers Corp will never store any passwords in permanent storage in a way that is reversible. The Migration Brokers Corp Service will never show the password in plain-text, human-readable form.
